We will send you a prompt refund, replacement or full credit (excluding original shipping and handling charges), whichever you prefer, on any items returned to us within 7 days. Perishable, personalized, custom or special purchase items cannot be returned.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Hand Delivery:
We personally hand deliver and service all of the cities in Orange County, California including Irvine, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo and all others. Hand delivery charges within Orange County range between $11.00 and $14.00 per address, the price includes delivering up to three baskets per address, additional baskets for the same address are at an additional cost of $1.00 per basket. Incorrect addresses will be charged the same fee for a second delivery. If being delivered by one of our vans and the recipient is not home, our driver will call the recipient first, if unable to reach the recipient the driver will leave the basket at the delivery address if it seems safe to do so unless you instruct us otherwise. Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased. Outside of Orange County we ship via FEDEX ground or Fedex express service.
Shipping outside of Orange County:
Available nationwide. Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased. Please note that shipping charges are per package and per address. Incorrect addresses require additional shipping charges. Chocolates cannot be shipped during warm weather months.
