  Your personal information will never be made available to any other party. We do our best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase.
If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately.
We will send you a prompt refund, replacement or full credit (excluding original shipping and handling charges), whichever you prefer, on any items returned to us within 7 days.
Perishable, personalized or special purchase items cannot be returned.
There will be a 20% restock fee on custom baskets.

  We include a beautiful gift card with your personal message.  
  Gift Reminder Service:  
Never forget an important date!  E-mail us with dates you would like us to remind you of; make sure to include your name, company name, phone number and address.  We will e-mail you two weeks prior to your important date and call you one week prior if we haven't heard from you.  Please call us to set up this free service.
  Substitutions:  
Substitutions in our gift baskets might be made without notification depending on product availability.  Products will be of equal or greater value with no additional cost to you. 
  Shipping and Delivery Policy:  
We personally  hand deliver and service all of the cities in Orange County, California including  Irvine, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo and all others.  Shipping is also available in the surrounding areas of Southern California as well as Nationwide.

Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased.
There will be a charge for a second delivery if we are given an incorrect address.
If being delivered by one of our vans and the recipient is not home, our driver will try to:

a) Leave a note on the recipient's door so they can call us to arrange a re-delivery, or
b) Leave the basket at the delivery address if it seems safe to do so unless you instruct us otherwise.

After two delivery attempts, an additional delivery charge will be applied.

Chocolates cannot be shipped in summer.

Please note that shipping charges done by FEDEX, UPS, or any carrier we may use are per package and per address.
Hand delivery charges within Orange County range between $12.50 and $18.00 per address, the price includes delivering up to three baskets per address, additional baskets for the same address are at an additional cost of $1.00 per basket.  
Incorrect addresses have a $15 re-routing fee.
